Will my order ship in one package?

Not always. Outlet Plus works with multiple brand partners, and items in your order may ship from different warehouses. You could receive separate packages that arrive at different times — this is completely normal. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment so you can follow each one.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the brand partner fulfilling your order. You'll receive a tracking number via email for each shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $6.99 on orders under $75. Orders over $75 ship free. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Are these products authentic?

Yes — 100%. Every product on Outlet Plus comes directly from the brand. We do not work with third-party resellers or unauthorized distributors.

Why are prices so low?

Brands partner with us to move excess inventory, overstock, and end-of-season items quickly. Lower holding costs for them means bigger savings for you.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We stand behind the quality of our brand partners — if you receive a defective or damaged items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact support@theoutletplus.com to start a return.

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check order status by logging into your account.

Are items limited quantity?

Yes — most items are one-time inventory drops. When its gone, its gone. We recommend purchasing quickly when you see something you love.
